ArtStoryline Terms of Use

Acceptance and purpose
By using ArtStoryline (一画一话), you accept these terms. ArtStoryline is a free, local-first artwork journal for parents and caregivers. It helps you preserve artwork and a child's own words or optional voice; it is not a public social network, a psychological assessment, or an artistic-quality service.
Who may use it
The app is intended for adults who manage a family archive. Children may be the creators or speakers represented in a private record, but the product does not create child-facing public accounts or social profiles. You are responsible for supervising use and choosing appropriate content.
Your responsibility
You decide which image, words, voice, nickname, age information, and physical status to enter. Only write factual alternative text that you can confirm. Keep your device protected and do not treat a local record as a guaranteed backup.
Product-specific limits
PhotosPicker access may be limited to the item you select. Image crop and rotation are reversible capture corrections; the app does not beautify, restyle, complete, or interpret a child's marks. Voice recording depends on microphone permission and can be interrupted. Playback and file recovery depend on iOS, local storage, and the continued availability of the selected media.
Privacy and sharing boundaries
The current version stores records locally and does not provide public discovery, likes, comments, permanent public links, automatic cloud upload, or a default family-sharing service. External legal and support links leave the app and do not receive artwork, voice, nickname, or child-word parameters.
Apple platform dependencies
The app depends on iOS and Apple frameworks such as SwiftData, SwiftUI, PhotosPicker, and AVFoundation. You may deny Photos or microphone permission; denial can limit the related feature without authorizing the app to obtain data another way.
Availability, updates, and termination
Features may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may update these terms when the product behavior or applicable requirements change. You may stop using the app and delete its local data at any time.
Disclaimers and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, perfect image processing, complete voice recovery, or recovery from device loss or damage. Contact outlook2007@outlook.com.

接受与用途
使用一画一话（ArtStoryline）即表示你接受本协议。一画一话是一款面向家长和照护者的免费、本地优先作品档案工具，帮助保存作品与孩子自己的文字或可选童声；它不是公开社交网络、心理评估工具或艺术质量评价服务。
谁可以使用
App 面向管理家庭档案的成年人。孩子可能是私人记录中的作品作者或讲述者，但产品不会创建面向儿童的公开账户或社交档案。你负责监督使用并选择合适的内容。
用户责任
你决定输入哪张图片、哪些原话、童声、昵称、年龄信息和实物状态。替代文本只填写你能确认的可见事实。请保护设备，也不要把本地记录当作绝对可靠的备份。
产品限制
PhotosPicker 权限可能只包含你选择的项目。裁切和旋转是可逆的拍摄修正；App 不美化、重绘、补全、改风格或解释孩子的画面标记。录音依赖麦克风权限，也可能被系统中断。播放和文件恢复依赖 iOS、本地存储以及媒体文件仍然可用。
隐私与分享边界
当前版本把记录保存在本机，不提供公开发现、点赞、评论、永久公开链接、自动云端上传或默认家庭分享服务。外部法律与支持链接会离开 App，且不会携带作品、童声、昵称或孩子原话参数。
Apple 平台依赖
App 依赖 iOS 及 SwiftData、SwiftUI、PhotosPicker、AVFoundation 等 Apple 框架。你可以拒绝照片或麦克风权限；拒绝会限制相应功能，但 App 不会通过其他方式获取数据。
可用性、更新与停止使用
功能可能被修正、变更、暂停或停止。当产品行为或适用要求变化时，我们可能更新本协议。你可以随时停止使用 App 并删除本地数据。
免责声明与联系
在法律允许的范围内，App 按现状提供，不保证持续可用、图像处理绝对准确、童声一定完整恢复，或设备丢失/损坏后的数据恢复。联系 outlook2007@outlook.com。
