BringCue Terms of Use

Acceptance and purpose
By using BringCue (明日带啥), you accept these terms. BringCue is a free, local-first organizer that turns a school notice you actively provide into editable, evidence-linked actions for tomorrow. It is not a school publishing system, a childcare service, or an official notice.
Who may use it
BringCue is intended for parents and caregivers organizing family routines. An adult should supervise the use of imported school information and review every candidate action before relying on it.
User responsibility
You are responsible for choosing the source material, checking the draft against the original notice, correcting or rejecting extracted fields, and deciding whether an action is still needed. Do not rely on BringCue as the sole source for dates, money, locations, medicine, pickup instructions, or receipts. Do not use it to store unlawful content or another person's information without a lawful basis.
Product-specific limits
Text recognition depends on image quality, layout, language, and the device. It may misread or omit text, and an empty result does not mean that a notice contains no requirements. Relative dates, missing years, implied responsibilities, and other unstated facts are not authoritative. A local action card is a convenience record, not proof that a child brought an item or that a school received a response.
No automatic high-risk action
The current release does not silently contact a school, send a message, make a payment, share a notice, or write an official calendar record. You must make and review any future system action yourself and may deny any permission.
Apple platform dependencies
BringCue depends on iOS, iPadOS, Apple's photo picker, Vision, local storage, and accessibility services. Behavior may differ by device, system version, image format, language, and permission setting. Denying photo access leaves text paste, sample, and manual entry alternatives available in the current flow.
Free availability and updates
The current version has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising, account requirement, or usage quota. Features may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change.
Local data and disclaimers
Local data may be lost if the device or app is deleted, damaged, reset, or not backed up. To the extent permitted by law, BringCue is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, recognition accuracy, completeness, or data recovery. Qiquverse is not liable for indirect loss caused by relying on an unverified draft, denied permissions, platform changes, or unprotected local data.

接受与用途
使用明日带啥（BringCue）即表示接受本协议。明日带啥是一款免费、本地优先的整理工具，把你主动提供的学校通知整理成可编辑、能回看原文证据的明日行动。它不是学校发布系统、托管服务或官方通知。
使用对象
明日带啥面向整理家庭日常的家长和照护者。成年人应负责监督学校信息的导入，并在依赖任何候选行动前逐项核对。
用户责任
你应负责选择来源材料、对照原文核查草稿、修改或拒绝抽取字段，并判断行动是否仍然需要。不要把明日带啥作为日期、金额、地点、药物、接送说明或回执的唯一来源。不得在没有合法依据时保存违法内容或他人的信息。
产品限制
文字识别依赖图片质量、版式、语言和设备，可能误读或遗漏文字；没有识别结果不代表通知中没有要求。相对日期、缺少年份、隐含责任和其他未明确写出的事实都不是权威结论。本地行动卡只是便利记录，不能证明孩子已经带上物品，也不能证明学校已经收到回复。
不自动执行高风险事项
当前版本不会静默联系学校、发送消息、付款、分享通知或写入正式日历记录。未来任何系统动作都必须由你自己发起和复核，你也可以拒绝相应权限。
Apple 平台依赖
明日带啥依赖 iOS、iPadOS、Apple 相册选择器、Vision、本地存储和无障碍服务。不同设备、系统版本、图片格式、语言和权限设置下表现可能不同。当前流程拒绝相册权限后，仍保留粘贴文字、示例和手工输入入口。
免费可用与更新
当前版本没有订阅、App 内购买、广告、账户要求或次数限制。功能可能被修正、变更、暂停或停止。当产品或适用要求变化时，我们可能更新本协议。
本地数据与免责声明
设备或 App 被删除、损坏、重置或未备份时，本地数据可能丢失。在法律允许的范围内，明日带啥不保证持续可用、识别准确、内容完整或数据一定恢复。因依赖未核对的草稿、权限被拒、平台变化或未妥善保护本地数据造成的间接损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
