Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Ocean ABC Quest (海洋ABC冒险), a fully offline preschool learning game for children around age 4 and up. By using the app, a responsible adult agrees to use it appropriately and to supervise the child's play.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
Ocean ABC Quest is designed for preschool learners, so these Terms are accepted by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. By using the app, you confirm that you are an adult or are using the app with a responsible adult's agreement and supervision.
2. Product Purpose
Ocean ABC Quest helps young children practice recognition of letters, numbers, colors, shapes, simple math, and starter Chinese through gentle short game sessions. It is an introduction and practice tool, not a curriculum, a textbook, a diagnostic assessment, or a substitute for school or family teaching.
3. Use and Parent Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for choosing appropriate session length, supervising play, and deciding how the app fits the child's learning and screen-time plan. The parent area is protected by a simple arithmetic check and provides language, sound, music, reduced-motion, and progress-reset settings. It is not a child profile system, family control, or parental-control service, and Qiquverse does not verify how the app is used in any household.
4. Learning Content and Limitations
Practice progress is shown as stars, unlocked zones, and learning records to encourage repeated exposure. Results do not measure a child's ability, diagnose learning needs, or guarantee any learning outcome. Spoken prompts use the device speech system, and pronunciation or voice availability may vary by device, language, and system settings.
5. Apple Platform and Local Storage
Ocean ABC Quest depends on Apple frameworks, iOS and iPadOS behavior, device storage, and system settings. Local progress can be lost through app removal, device loss, storage failure, operating-system changes, or user deletion. To protect local progress, back up the device with iOS. Qiquverse does not maintain a copy of local progress.
6. No Purchases or Subscriptions
All current features are available free of charge. The app has no purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, trials, or advertising. If future versions add paid features, they will be introduced only with updated Terms and clear disclosure.
7. Availability, Updates, and Termination
We may correct defects, change supported system versions, update features, or discontinue availability where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. You may stop using the app at any time and remove local progress through the parent area or by removing the app.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ocean ABC Quest is provided without guarantees that every round, prompt, progress record, or device voice will be complete or error-free. Qiquverse is not responsible for indirect loss caused by interrupted play, lost local data, device failure, inappropriate screen-time use, reliance on learning records, or the app not being a substitute for school or family teaching.
9. Changes and Contact

一、接受条款与使用资格
Ocean ABC Quest 面向学龄前儿童，因此本条款由家长或监护人等负责成年人接受。使用 App 即表示你确认自己为成年人，或已在负责的成年人同意和陪伴下使用。
二、产品用途
Ocean ABC Quest 通过温和的短局游戏，帮助幼儿练习字母、数字、颜色、形状、简单数学和基础汉字的识别。它是启蒙和重复练习工具，不是课程、教材、诊断评估，也不能替代学校或家庭教学。
三、使用与家长责任
家长或监护人负责决定合适的单次使用时长、陪伴孩子游玩，并决定 App 如何融入孩子的学习与屏幕时间安排。家长区通过简单算术确认保护，提供语言、声音、音乐、减少动态效果和重置进度设置。它不是儿童档案系统、家庭控制或家长控制服务，Qiquverse 也不核实任何家庭如何使用 App。
四、学习内容与限制
练习进度以星星、已解锁分区和学习记录呈现，用于鼓励重复曝光。结果不代表孩子的能力，不诊断学习需求，也不保证任何学习成果。语音提示使用设备端语音系统，发音或语音可用性可能因设备、语言和系统设置而异。
五、Apple 平台与本地存储
Ocean ABC Quest 依赖 Apple 框架、iOS 与 iPadOS 行为、设备存储和系统设置。本地进度可能因移除 App、设备丢失、存储故障、系统变化或用户删除而丢失。如需保护本地进度，请使用 iOS 备份设备。Qiquverse 不保留本地进度的副本。
六、无购买与订阅
当前全部功能免费。App 没有购买、订阅、付费墙、试用或广告。如果未来版本增加付费功能，只会在更新本条款并明确告知后推出。
七、可用性、更新与终止
我们可能在合理必要时修复缺陷、更改支持的系统版本、更新功能或停止提供。我们不保证 App 永不中断或完全无错误。你可随时停止使用，并通过家长区或移除 App 清除本地进度。
八、免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许范围内，Ocean ABC Quest 不保证每一局、提示、进度记录或设备语音完整且无误。对于因游戏中断、本地数据丢失、设备故障、屏幕时间使用不当、依赖学习记录，或因 App 不能替代学校或家庭教学所造成的间接损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
九、条款更新与联系
