ReadMirror Terms of Use

Acceptance and purpose
By using ReadMirror, you accept these terms. ReadMirror is a general-purpose local reading self-comparison tool: you provide a short passage, record at least two takes, listen to them, and choose what you heard. The current version is free and has no accounts, advertising, purchases, scores, rankings, diagnosis, or remote processing.
Eligibility and responsibility
You are responsible for using the app in a lawful and safe way, for the content you enter, and for the voices you record. If another person is recorded, obtain their permission first. Do not use ReadMirror to record people who have not agreed or to store unlawful content.
Text and recording limits
Check any recognized text against the source before relying on it. Recognition can be affected by handwriting, layout, lighting, contrast, language, or image quality. Audio playback depends on the device, microphone, environment, route, and system permissions. A/B is a personal listening choice; ReadMirror does not evaluate ability, accent, correctness, or improvement.
Apple platform dependencies
ReadMirror depends on iOS/iPadOS and Apple APIs for local storage, camera, PhotosPicker, microphone, audio playback, and accessibility. You may deny permissions, and features may differ across devices, system versions, routes, and accessibility settings. This release does not use Apple purchase, iCloud, CloudKit, notification, location, contact, speech-recognition, or biometric services.
Local data and deletion
Keep a device backup if the local recordings matter to you. Removing a timeline session deletes its local recordings, waveform caches, optional cropped image, and metadata together. Removing the app normally removes its local container. A device reset, damage, storage failure, or unavailable permission may prevent recovery.
Availability, updates, and termination
We may correct, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. You may stop using the app at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReadMirror is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, recognition accuracy, recording quality, or data recovery. Do not rely on recognized text or an A/B preference as professional, educational, medical, legal, or other expert advice. Qiquverse is not liable for indirect loss arising from local data loss, denied permissions, device conditions, or use of user-provided content.

接受与用途
使用朗读镜即表示接受本协议。朗读镜是一款通用的本地朗读自我对比工具：你自行提供一小段文字，至少录两遍，分别回听，并选择自己听见的感受。当前版本免费，没有账户、广告、购买、评分、排名、诊断或远程处理。
使用资格与责任
你应以合法、安全的方式使用 App，并对输入的内容和录制的声音负责。如果录到了其他人的声音，请先取得对方同意。不要在未经同意的情况下录制他人，也不要用朗读镜保存违法内容。
文字与录音限制
依赖识别文字前，请先和原文核对。手写、排版、光线、对比度、语言和图片质量都可能影响识别结果。音频回放取决于设备、麦克风、环境、音频路线和系统权限。A/B 只是个人听感选择；朗读镜不评价能力、口音、正确与否或是否进步。
Apple 平台依赖
朗读镜依赖 iOS/iPadOS 以及 Apple API 提供本地存储、相机、PhotosPicker、麦克风、音频播放和无障碍能力。你可以拒绝权限，且不同设备、系统版本、音频路线和无障碍设置下的表现可能不同。本版本不使用 Apple 的购买、iCloud、CloudKit、通知、定位、通讯录、语音识别或生物识别服务。
本地数据与删除
如果本地录音很重要，请保留设备备份。从时间线删除一次记录时，会同步删除本地录音、波形缓存、可选裁剪图和元数据。删除 App 通常会移除其本地容器。设备重置、损坏、存储失败或权限不可用时，数据可能无法恢复。
可用性、更新与停止使用
我们可能修复、调整、暂停或停止功能，并在产品或适用要求变化时更新本协议。你可以随时停止使用 App。
免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许范围内，朗读镜不保证持续可用、识别准确、录音质量或数据一定能够恢复。不要把识别出的文字或 A/B 听感选择当作专业、教育、医疗、法律或其他专家建议。因本地数据丢失、权限被拒、设备状况或用户提供内容的使用造成的间接损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
