By downloading or using Snake Academy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Snake Academy on your devices in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This app is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Children's Use

Snake Academy is created for children. However, the download and any future purchases (if applicable) must be completed by an adult (parent or legal guardian). We expect parents to supervise their children's app usage.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, game mechanics, art, and code within Snake Academy belong to the developer, Jiangfei. You may not extract, copy, translate, or reverse-engineer the app.

4. No Warranties

Snake Academy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or function perfectly on all devices.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiangfei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

6. Updates to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
