For help, email outlook2007@outlook.com with your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. For privacy, do not include artwork images, voice recordings, child names, or child words unless you intentionally choose to share them.
Common help
Where is my archive? Artwork, text, and voice are local by default. There is no account or automatic cloud upload. Keep the device protected and use your own iOS backup choices if needed.
PhotosPicker cannot read my photo. The app stays in the selection flow and does not modify the original photo. Choose another readable photo or try again later.
The microphone is unavailable. Save the artwork with text or choose “later.” Voice can be added when microphone access is available; the app does not require voice to save an artwork.
A file is missing or storage is low. The app shows a repair or storage message and does not silently remove another artwork. Follow the in-app retry or user-confirmed cleanup path.
How do I delete an artwork? Confirm deletion from the detail view. A short undo window appears; after it expires, the original, adjusted image, thumbnail, and voice are removed from the local lifecycle.

麦克风不可用怎么办？ 可以输入文字或选择「稍后再说」保存作品。麦克风可用时再补童声，保存作品不要求录音。
文件缺失或存储空间不足怎么办？ App 会显示修复或存储提示，不会静默删除其他作品。请按 App 内的重试或用户确认清理路径处理。
如何删除作品？ 在详情页确认删除后，会出现短暂撤销窗口；窗口到期后，原图、处理图、缩略图和童声按本地生命周期移除。
