Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ocean ABC Quest (海洋ABC冒险) handles learning progress, game preferences, on-device speech, parent settings, local deletion, and support requests. Ocean ABC Quest is designed as a fully offline preschool learning game: the current version makes no network requests and collects no data through the app.
1. Scope and Product Purpose
Ocean ABC Quest is an iPhone and iPad game for preschool learners around age 4 and up. A child guides a friendly fish through bright ocean zones, catches learning bubbles and smaller fish, and practices letters, numbers 1-10, colors, shapes, simple math, and starter Chinese characters. It is an introduction and practice tool, not a curriculum, textbook, or substitute for school or family teaching.
2. Information Stored on the Device
The app stores only local learning records and preferences needed to run: stars and unlocked ocean zones, learning progress for letters, numbers, colors, shapes, math, and Chinese, round counts, and parent settings for language, sound, music, and reduced motion. This content is saved on the device with Apple UserDefaults and is used only to operate the game and restore progress. The privacy manifest declares the Apple Required Reason API for UserDefaults (CA92.1). The app does not collect names, birthdays, photos, contacts, location, audio recordings, or any other personal information.
3. Local Processing and No Data Collection
The current version works fully offline. It has no account system, no Qiquverse server, no cloud sync, no third-party analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service, no cross-app tracking, no data broker, and no cloud AI service. Spoken learning prompts use the device speech system and are generated locally; no audio or prompt text is transmitted. Because nothing is transmitted to Qiquverse, Qiquverse does not collect any data through the app.
4. Permissions
The current version requests no system permissions. It does not use the microphone, camera, photo library, location, contacts, notifications, Face ID, or Touch ID. Device speech synthesis may use Apple voices and settings already present on the device, and the app does not access or transmit user audio. If a future version adds a feature that requires permission, the app will request it only when that feature is used, and this policy will be updated before release.
5. Child Use and Parent Area
The game is designed for children with a responsible adult nearby. The parent area is protected by a simple arithmetic check and lets an adult choose language, sound, music, reduced motion, and reset local progress. It is not a child profile system, family control, or parental-control service. The current version has no child accounts, no social features, no chat, no advertising, and no data collection. Parents should decide appropriate session length and continue supervising screen time.
6. Retention, Deletion, and Backups
Local progress remains until the parent resets progress in the parent area, the user removes the app, or device and storage operations clear it. Removing the app normally removes its local container. Normal Apple device backups may include app-local data according to the user's Apple settings; those backups are operated by Apple and may restore local records. For data that exists only on the user's device or in an Apple-operated backup, Qiquverse cannot directly delete it.
7. Security
Offline and local-first design reduces unnecessary transmission, but no device, software, storage, or backup method can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep the device passcode enabled and keep system software current.
8. Support Requests
If a user contacts support, Qiquverse receives the email address, message, and diagnostic information the user voluntarily sends. This information is used to respond and investigate the request. Do not send children's names, photos, or other sensitive family information unless it is necessary and the sender has permission.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when product behavior, Apple capabilities, data handling, or legal requirements change. The updated date will change when the policy is revised. For privacy questions or deletion guidance, contact outlook2007@outlook.com.

一、适用范围与产品用途
Ocean ABC Quest 是一款面向约 4 岁及以上学龄前儿童的 iPhone 与 iPad 游戏。孩子控制友好小鱼在明亮海洋分区中游动，收集学习泡泡和小鱼，练习字母、1-10 数字、颜色、形状、简单数学和基础汉字。它是启蒙和重复练习工具，不是课程、教材，也不能替代学校或家庭教学。
二、保存在设备上的信息
App 只保存运行所需的本地学习记录和偏好：星星与已解锁海洋分区、字母、数字、颜色、形状、数学和汉字的练习进度、游戏轮次，以及语言、声音、音乐和减少动态效果等家长设置。这些内容通过 Apple UserDefaults 保存在设备上，仅用于运行游戏和恢复进度。隐私清单已按 Apple Required Reason API 声明 UserDefaults（CA92.1）。App 不收集姓名、生日、照片、通讯录、定位、音频录音或任何其他个人信息。
三、本地处理与不收集数据
当前版本完全离线。它没有账号系统、没有 Qiquverse 服务器、没有云同步、没有第三方分析 SDK、没有广告 SDK、没有崩溃上报服务、没有跨 App 追踪、没有数据经纪服务，也没有云端 AI 服务。语音学习提示由设备端语音系统在本地生成，不会传输任何音频或提示文字。由于没有任何内容传给 Qiquverse，Qiquverse 不会通过 App 收集任何数据。
四、权限
当前版本不申请任何系统权限。它不使用麦克风、相机、相册、定位、通讯录、通知、面容 ID 或触控 ID。设备端语音合成可能使用设备上已有的 Apple 语音与设置，但 App 不会访问或传输用户音频。如果未来版本新增需要权限的功能，只会在使用该功能时申请相应权限，并在发布前更新本政策。
五、儿童使用与家长区
游戏面向有负责成人陪伴的儿童。家长区通过简单算术确认保护，家长可以设置语言、声音、音乐、减少动态效果，并重置本地进度。它不是儿童档案系统、家庭控制或家长控制服务。当前版本没有儿童账号、社交功能、聊天、广告或数据收集。家长应自行决定合适的单次使用时长，并继续陪伴和安排屏幕时间。
六、保留、删除与备份
本地进度会保留到家长在家长区重置进度、用户移除 App，或设备与存储操作将其清除为止。移除 App 通常会移除其本地容器。Apple 正常设备备份可能依据用户设置包含 App 本地数据；该备份由 Apple 运营，恢复备份可能恢复本地记录。对于只存在于用户设备或 Apple 运营备份中的数据，Qiquverse 无法直接删除。
七、安全
离线与本地优先设计减少了不必要的传输，但任何设备、软件、存储或备份方式都不能保证绝对安全。用户应保持设备密码开启，并保持系统更新。
八、支持请求
用户联系支持时，Qiquverse 会收到用户主动发送的邮箱地址、消息和诊断信息，并用于回复和排查。除非确有必要且发送者有权提供，请勿发送儿童姓名、照片或其他敏感家庭信息。
九、政策更新与联系
