Overtime Tracker Privacy Policy

Scope and purpose
This policy applies to Overtime Tracker (加班打卡记), a local-first iPhone app for recording personal overtime facts. You record start and end time, choose on-site, field, or remote mode, optionally capture a one-time location snapshot, add notes and confirmation, attach up to four photos, review calendar statistics, and export or import records. The app does not require an account and does not provide wage, payroll, tax, or legal conclusions.
Data stored on the device
Overtime Tracker stores overtime records on the device, including start/end time, mode, optional office footprint settings, recorded location coordinates and displayed accuracy, notes, confirmation status, operation/audit log entries, attachment reference names and copies of photos you choose, app settings, and imported or exported JSON data you select. Derived values such as durations, weekly/monthly totals, and local hash-chain digests are also stored or recalculated locally. These items stay in the app's local data container and are not sent to Qiquverse or any other service.
No collection or tracking
Overtime Tracker has no account system, advertising, analytics SDK, tracking, cloud sync, remote AI, or server backend. The app makes no network request for your records, location, photos, notes, exports, or settings.
Permissions and Apple services
Location access is requested when you first record an on-site overtime fact or set an office point, and is read once only when you record or explicitly refresh. The description explains that the app does not track background movement or analyze commutes. Photo attachments use Apple's PhotosPicker and read only the photo or photos you select; the app does not request full photo-library access. Export and import use Apple's share and document-picker interfaces so you decide where files go. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, notifications, speech recognition, biometrics, iCloud, or CloudKit access in this release. Apple provides the system permission prompts, local storage environment, and document interfaces; Overtime Tracker does not receive copies of Apple's permission records.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it. You can delete a single record, delete all local records, or remove the app to normally remove its local container. You can export all records as JSON and create monthly PDF summaries. Imported JSON is deduplicated by record identifiers and merged into the local hash chain. Device backup and restore are controlled by iOS; keep a backup if you need to preserve local records.
Security and changes
Local-only storage reduces exposure but cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a device passcode and keep iOS updated. The hash chain is a local integrity aid, not a certification that any record is legally valid. We will update this policy before introducing accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, purchases, remote processing, or other material data handling.

适用范围与用途
本政策适用于加班打卡记（Overtime Tracker），一款本地优先的 iPhone 加班事实记录 App。你可以记录开始/结束时间，选择现场、外勤或居家远程模式，可选生成一次性定位快照，添加备注和本人确认，附加最多四张照片，查看日历统计，并导出或导入记录。App 不需要账号，也不提供工资、个税、薪酬或法律结论。
保存在设备本地的数据
加班打卡记会在设备本地保存加班记录，包括开始/结束时间、记录模式、可选的办公点设置、记录的定位坐标与显示精度、备注、确认状态、操作/审计日志、你选择的附件引用名与照片副本、应用设置，以及你选择导入或导出的 JSON 数据。时长、周/月汇总和本地哈希链摘要等派生结果同样保存在本地或由本地重新计算。这些内容保存在 App 的本地数据容器中，不会发送给 Qiquverse 或任何其他服务。
不收集、不追踪
加班打卡记没有账户、广告、统计 SDK、追踪、云同步、远程 AI 或服务器后端。App 不会为了你的记录、定位、照片、备注、导出文件或设置发起网络请求。
权限与 Apple 服务
当你第一次记录现场加班事实或设置办公点时，App 会请求定位权限；定位只在记录或主动刷新那一刻读取一次。用途说明明确表示 App 不做后台移动追踪，也不分析通勤轨迹。照片附件使用 Apple 的 PhotosPicker，只读取你选择的照片，不请求完整照片库权限。导出和导入使用 Apple 的分享与文件选择界面，由你决定文件去向。本版本不请求相机、麦克风、通讯录、通知、语音识别、生物识别、iCloud 或 CloudKit 权限。Apple 提供系统权限提示、本地存储环境和文件界面；加班打卡记不会收到 Apple 权限记录的副本。
保留与删除
本地数据会保留到你主动删除。你可以删除单条记录、删除全部本地记录，或通过删除 App 来移除其本地容器；也可以导出全部 JSON 数据并生成月度 PDF 汇总。导入的 JSON 会按记录 ID 去重并合并进本地哈希链。设备备份和恢复由 iOS 控制；如需保留本地记录，请自行保留备份。
安全与变更
只在本地保存可以降低暴露风险，但不能保证绝对安全。请使用设备密码并保持 iOS 更新。哈希链只是本地完整性辅助，不代表任何记录在法律上必然有效。如果未来加入账户、云同步、统计、广告、购买、远程处理或其他重要的数据处理方式，我们会在上线前更新本政策。
