Acceptance and purpose
By using TomorrowBag, you accept these terms. TomorrowBag is a practical packing tool that turns a timetable into a list of physical items for a child to pack the night before. It is designed to support a family routine, not to replace a school's instructions or a parent's judgment.
Children, parents, and guardians
Children may use child mode to pack items independently. A parent or guardian should complete parent settings, review the timetable and temporary items, choose any item photos, decide whether to allow local notifications, and review missing items. The long-press and text-confirmation gate reduces accidental entry but is not age verification, parental consent, or a substitute for supervision.
User responsibility
The person setting up the app is responsible for entering accurate, appropriate information and for confirming that real items are safely placed in the bag. Children should pack only items they can reach safely. Do not enter information that you do not need for the packing task, and do not use the app to store unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
Product-specific limits
TomorrowBag generates lists from the timetable and rules configured on the device. The list may be incomplete, out of date, or different from a teacher's latest instruction, and the app cannot verify that a real item was packed. A skipped or missing item remains the family's responsibility to review. Optional local notifications depend on iOS authorization, device settings, Focus modes, power state, and delivery conditions; they are not guaranteed reminders. Item photos are selected by a parent through Apple's photo picker and are kept locally. Voice prompts use system speech synthesis and are not a recording or a promise that every pronunciation will be correct. Local data may be lost if the app or device is deleted, damaged, reset, or not backed up.
Apple platform and permissions
TomorrowBag depends on iOS and Apple system features for local storage, the photo picker, local notifications, speech synthesis, and accessibility. The app does not use a camera, remote push service, account, or cloud sync. System permission decisions and accessibility settings can limit how a feature behaves.
Availability, updates, and ending use
We may correct, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. You can stop using the app and delete its local data from parent settings or delete the app from the device.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, TomorrowBag is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, list accuracy, notification delivery, speech output, or data recovery. Qiquverse is not responsible for a missed school item, a notification that is not delivered, or loss caused by device failure, deletion, reset, backup choices, or information entered by the user. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

接受与用途
使用明日书包即表示接受本协议。明日书包是一款实用的打包工具，把课表变成孩子在前一天晚上需要装入书包的实物清单。它用于支持家庭日常流程，不能替代学校通知或家长判断。
儿童、家长与监护人
孩子可以使用儿童模式独立打包。家长或监护人应完成家长设置，核对课表和临时物品，选择物品照片，决定是否允许本地通知，并复查找不到的物品。长按与文字确认的家长门用于减少误入，不是年龄验证、监护人同意，也不能替代监护。
用户责任
设置 App 的人应负责输入准确、适当的信息，并确认真实物品已安全放入书包。孩子只能打包自己能够安全取到的物品。请不要输入打包所不需要的信息，也不得利用 App 保存违法、骚扰或侵犯他人权利的内容。
产品限制
明日书包根据设备上的课表和规则生成清单。清单可能不完整、过时或与老师最新要求不同，App 无法验证真实物品是否已经放入书包。跳过或找不到的物品仍需要家庭自行复查。本地通知是否送达取决于 iOS 授权、设备设置、专注模式、电量状态和系统条件，不能保证一定提醒。物品照片由家长通过 Apple 照片选择器选择，并保存在本地。语音提示使用系统语音合成，不是录音，也不保证每个读音都完全准确。App 或设备被删除、损坏、重置或未备份时，本地数据可能丢失。
Apple 平台与权限
明日书包依赖 iOS 和 Apple 系统功能提供本地存储、照片选择器、本地通知、语音合成和无障碍支持。App 不使用相机、远程推送服务、账户或云同步。系统权限选择和无障碍设置可能影响功能表现。
可用性、更新与停止使用
我们可能修复、调整、暂停或停止功能，并在产品或适用要求变化时更新本协议。你可以停止使用 App，在家长设置中删除本地数据，或从设备删除 App。
免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许范围内，明日书包不保证持续可用、清单准确、通知送达、语音输出或数据恢复。因漏带物品、未送达的通知、设备故障、删除、重置、备份选择或用户输入的信息造成的损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。本协议不限制法律不允许限制的权利。
