Common questions
Where is my progress stored, and how do I start over?
Progress is saved inside the app on this device. To start over, open Settings inside the game, choose Reset Local Progress, and pass the arithmetic parental gate. Resetting clears levels, best tallies, stars and cosmetics; deleting the app removes everything.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings and use the language row to switch between Simplified Chinese and English. The choice is remembered on this device and applies to the whole game, including the tutorial and the settings labels.
What does Layout Lock do?
Layout Lock keeps the safe-area layout from being rearranged by small hands during shared play. It stays on until an adult turns it off in Settings. It never changes the game rules.
How do I reduce motion?
Turn on Reduce Motion in Settings. Repeating decorative motion is removed, while the slingshot direction, flight path and result feedback stay visible, so the game is still readable.
What is the Parental Gate Demo?
It is a safe practice run of the arithmetic gate used before privacy, terms, sharing a failure card and resetting progress. Nothing is opened or deleted; cancelling leaves you exactly where you were.
Can I share a failure card?
Yes, with a grown-up: after a round ends, choose to keep the card and pass the parental gate. The card is then handed to the system share sheet, and nothing is sent to Qiquverse.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad on iOS/iPadOS 15.0 or later, in portrait or landscape. The layout adapts to the screen size and to the system text size.
Does the game need a connection?
No. Everything runs on the device, so a flight mode or a tunnel changes nothing.
Troubleshooting
A round feels laggy
Close other apps, then reopen the game. On older devices, turning on Reduce Motion also lightens the decorative effects.
Sound is missing
Check the in-game music and sound-effect settings, then the device volume and the silent switch. Audio settings apply immediately and persist on this device.
Progress disappeared after an update
An app update keeps your save. A reinstall, a device reset, a restore from an older backup, or an in-game reset will not. If none of those happened, email us with the date and what you saw.

常见问题
进度存在哪里？怎么重新开始？
进度保存在这台设备上的 App 里。想重新开始，请在游戏内打开设置，选择「重置本地进度」，并通过算术家长门。重置会清空关卡、最好成绩、星星与装扮；删除 App 会一并移除全部内容。
怎么切换语言？
打开设置，用语言那一行在简体中文与英文之间切换。选择会记在这台设备上，并作用于整个游戏，包括新手教程与设置项名称。
「布局锁定」是做什么的？
布局锁定可以防止同屏玩的时候小手把安全区布局拖乱。开启后会一直保持，直到家长在设置里关闭。它不会改变任何游戏规则。
怎么减弱动效？
在设置里打开「减弱动效」。重复的装饰动画会被移除，但弹弓方向、飞行轨迹与结果反馈仍然保留，游戏依旧看得懂。
「家长门演示」是什么？
它是隐私政策、服务条款、分享失败卡片和重置进度之前那道算术门的练习版。不会打开任何页面，也不会删除任何东西；点取消就停在原地。
可以分享失败卡片吗？
可以，但需要家长在场：一局结束后选择留下卡片，并通过家长门。之后卡片会交给系统分享面板，奇趣宇宙不会收到任何内容。
支持哪些设备？
iPhone 与 iPad，iOS/iPadOS 15.0 或更高版本，横屏竖屏都可以。布局会随屏幕尺寸与系统字号调整。
游戏需要联网吗？
不需要。全部内容都在本机运行，开飞行模式或进隧道都没有影响。
排障
某一局有点卡
先关掉其他 App 再重新打开游戏。较旧的设备上，打开「减弱动效」也能减轻装饰特效的负担。
没有声音
先检查游戏内的音乐与音效设置，再检查设备音量与静音开关。音频设置立刻生效，并保存在这台设备上。
更新后进度不见了
App 更新不会清空存档；重装、重置设备、从更旧的备份恢复，或在游戏内重置清空才会。如果都不是，请写信告诉我们日期和你看到的情况。
