Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of OptiFlex. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. What OptiFlex is
OptiFlex is a self-guided eye-relaxation training app for iPhone and iPad. It provides paced visual exercises, progress records, and optional reminders. It is a lifestyle and wellness tool.
2. What OptiFlex is not
OptiFlex is not a medical device, a diagnostic instrument, a treatment, a prescription, or an optometry service. It does not examine your eyes, measure refraction, or provide clinical advice. True myopia is irreversible: the app does not shorten the eye axis, does not reduce a myopia prescription, and does not replace glasses, contact lenses, or regular hospital examination including cycloplegic refraction and axial-length measurement.
3. Absolute contraindications
Do not use OptiFlex if you have a shallow anterior chamber or narrow angle, high myopia with retinal pathology, photosensitive epilepsy, or you are within one month after eye surgery. The in-app screen is a self-report gate, not a diagnosis; when in doubt, ask an eye-care professional before training.
4. Stop and seek care
Stop immediately and seek urgent eye care if you experience sudden vision loss, a fixed shadow or curtain, new flashes, double vision, or severe eye pain with nausea or vomiting.
5. Environment and use conditions
Use the app in a normally lit room. Do not use it in a dark room or while lying in bed with the lights off; the app blocks sessions below its minimum-light threshold, but that reading is an estimate and the responsibility to use adequate light remains yours. Do not use the app while driving, operating machinery, or walking in traffic.
6. Minors
Users under 18 must use OptiFlex with a guardian present throughout the session. A guardian is responsible for completing the safety screen and for the session itself. OptiFlex does not replace a hospital's semi-annual cycloplegic refraction or axial-length measurement for a child.
7. Camera and device use
Gaze feedback requires the front TrueDepth camera and is processed in memory only. If the camera is unavailable, denied, or the device lacks TrueDepth, the app falls back to a non-gaze session instead of failing silently. Keep the device at a comfortable distance and stop if you feel eye strain, headache, or dizziness.
8. Licence
Qiquverse grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app except as permitted by law.
9. Free of charge
The current version is free and contains no in-app purchase, subscription, advertising, or paywall. If a future version introduces paid features, they will be described before purchase.
10. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular outcome.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the app instead of professional eye care.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms with the app. Continued use after an update means acceptance. Questions: outlook2007@outlook.com.

本条款适用于你对灵焦 OptiFlex 的使用。安装或使用本 App 即表示你接受本条款；如不接受，请勿使用。
一、灵焦是什么
灵焦是一款面向 iPhone 与 iPad 的自我引导式视力放松训练 App，提供有节奏的视觉练习、进度记录与可选提醒，属于生活方式与健康辅助工具。
二、灵焦不是什么
灵焦不是医疗器械、诊断仪器、治疗手段、处方或验光服务。它不检查你的眼睛、不测量屈光度，也不提供临床建议。真性近视不可逆：本 App 不缩短眼轴、不降低近视度数，也不替代配镜、隐形眼镜或医院定期检查（包括散瞳验光与眼轴测量）。
三、绝对禁忌症
如果你存在浅前房或窄房角、高度近视伴视网膜病变、光敏性癫痫，或眼科术后未满 1 个月，请勿使用灵焦。App 内的筛查是自我报告闸门，不是诊断；如有疑问，请先咨询眼科专业人员。
四、停止使用并就医
如出现视力突然下降、视野中固定黑影或幕帘感、新出现的闪光、复视，或伴随恶心呕吐的剧烈眼痛，请立即停止使用并就医。
五、使用环境与条件
请在正常照明的房间使用。严禁在暗室或关灯躺卧时使用；App 会在低于最低光照阈值时阻断训练，但该读数只是估计值，保证照明充足仍是你的责任。请勿在驾驶、操作机械或在车流中行走时使用。
六、未成年人
未满 18 岁的用户必须在家长全程陪同下使用，由家长负责完成安全声明与筛查，并对训练过程负责。灵焦不能替代医院为孩子安排的每半年散瞳验光与眼轴测量。
七、摄像头与设备使用
视线反馈需要前置原深感摄像头，且仅在内存中处理。若摄像头不可用、被拒绝或设备不支持原深感，App 会降级为非视线会话，而不是静默失败。请保持舒适距离，如出现眼疲劳、头痛或眩晕请立即停止。
八、许可
Qiquverse 授予你一项个人的、不可转让、非独占的许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本 App，并受 App Store 条款约束。除法律允许外，你不得反向工程、再分发、转售或再许可本 App。
九、免费
当前版本完全免费，不含内购、订阅、广告或付费墙。若未来版本引入付费功能，会在购买前明确说明。
十、无担保
本 App 按「现状」提供。在法律允许的范围内，Qiquverse 不提供适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权的默示担保，也不保证 App 不中断、无错误或产生任何特定结果。
十一、责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，Qiquverse 不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害负责，也不对因以本 App 替代专业眼科诊疗而产生的任何损失负责。
十二、变更与联系
我们可能随 App 更新本条款，更新后继续使用即视为接受。如有问题请联系 outlook2007@outlook.com。
