Island Life Terms of Use
These terms cover Island Life: Sacred Tree (海岛探索者), a free single-player island survival and exploration game for iPhone and iPad.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing Island Life you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. What Island Life is
Island Life is a single-player 3D island survival and exploration game. You wash ashore, gather shells and wood, fish, cook and trade, raise a camp, sail the archipelago with a live chart position, follow the Sacred Tree story, keep a companion, and can save polaroid snapshots to your photo library.
3. Entertainment, not training or advice
The game is entertainment. It is not survival training, a fishing or navigation guide, a first-aid reference, or advice of any kind. Nothing in the game should be used to plan real activities on water, in a forest or anywhere else.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you play, for the device you play on, and for any snapshot you save and share. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell or misuse the game, and do not use it in a way that breaks applicable law. If you share a polaroid, you are responsible for what is visible in it.
5. Device and platform dependencies
Island Life runs on iPhone and iPad in landscape and requires iOS/iPadOS 26.5 or later. The game is rendered inside the system web view, so performance, battery use and thermal behaviour depend on your device, the system version and other apps running at the same time. Photo saving depends on the photo library permission and on available storage. When the system does not provide its on-device language model, the guide uses scripted hints instead.
6. Local data, backup and loss
Your save and settings are stored only on your device. You can delete the current save from Settings inside the game. You are responsible for your own device backups. Deleting the app, resetting the device, a storage failure or deleting the save can remove local progress, and the developer cannot restore a save that was never transmitted to a server.
7. Free app, purchases and pricing
The current release is free and has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising or paywall. If a future version introduces paid content, the price and terms will be shown in the App Store before you buy, and Apple's App Store purchase terms will apply.
8. Availability, updates and termination
The game is offered as-is and may change or be discontinued. Updates may add, change or remove features and are delivered through the App Store. You may stop playing at any time by deleting the app.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that a save will always be preserved. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, progress or opportunity, arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated when the game changes. The version published on this page is the current one, and material changes will be reflected here before the release that requires them.

本协议适用于海岛探索者：海岛生存（Island Life: Sacred Tree），一款免费的 iPhone 与 iPad 单人海岛生存探索游戏。
一、协议接受
下载或游玩海岛探索者即表示你同意本协议。如果你不同意，请不要使用本游戏。
二、产品用途
海岛探索者是一款单人 3D 海岛生存探索游戏。你从沙滩上醒来，捡贝壳、砍木头、钓鱼做饭、和岛民交易、搭起营地，驾船穿过群岛并查看实时海图位置，沿着神树的故事一路寻找，还能留一个同伴，并把拍立得存进照片图库。
三、娱乐用途，不是培训或建议
本游戏是娱乐产品，不是生存训练，也不是钓鱼、航海指南、急救参考或任何形式的建议。请不要把游戏内容用于规划真实的水上、林间或其他户外活动。
四、你的责任
你需要对自己的游玩方式、使用的设备，以及保存和分享的截图负责。你同意不对本游戏进行逆向工程、再分发、转售或滥用，也不以违反适用法律的方式使用本游戏。分享拍立得时，请自行对画面中可见的内容负责。
五、设备与平台依赖
海岛探索者在 iPhone 与 iPad 上以横屏运行，需要 iOS/iPadOS 26.5 或更高版本。游戏在系统网页视图中渲染，性能、耗电与发热取决于你的设备、系统版本以及同时运行的其他 App。保存照片取决于照片图库权限与可用存储空间。当系统不提供端侧语言模型时，向导会改用内置的固定提示。
六、本地数据、备份与丢失
你的存档与设置只保存在本机。你可以在游戏内的设置中删除当前存档，并需要自行负责设备备份。删除 App、重置设备、存储故障或删除存档都可能导致本地进度丢失，而开发者无法恢复从未上传到服务器的存档。
七、免费应用、购买与定价
当前版本免费，没有内购、订阅、广告或付费墙。如果未来版本引入付费内容，价格与条款会在购买前的 App Store 页面中展示，并适用 Apple 的 App Store 购买条款。
八、可用性、更新与终止
本游戏按现状提供，可能变更或停止提供。更新可能新增、调整或移除功能，并通过 App Store 交付。你可以随时删除 App 来停止游玩。
九、免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，本游戏不提供任何明示或默示的保证，包括对特定用途适用性、不中断可用性或存档一定保留的保证。对于因使用本游戏而产生的间接、附带或后果性损失，或数据、进度、机会的损失，开发者不承担责任。本协议不限制你所在司法辖区强制性消费者法律赋予你的权利。
十、协议变更
当游戏发生变化时，我们可能更新本协议。本页面公布的版本为当前版本；如需实质变更，我们会在需要该变更的版本发布前更新本页面。
