Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DeskTremor handles motion samples, event cards, waveforms, monitoring sessions, family demo data, notifications, and the optional city board. DeskTremor is local-first: the current version has no account, no advertising, no analytics, no cross-app tracking, no in-app purchase or subscription, and no Qiquverse server that stores your records.
1. Product purpose
DeskTremor is an iPhone and iPad utility that turns a flat-lying device into a time-limited desk watcher. While the app is open in the foreground it reads device motion, and when sustained multi-axis movement crosses your chosen threshold it raises an explainable local alert and keeps an event card. DeskTremor is not an official earthquake warning system, does not provide magnitude, epicenter or intensity forecasts, and does not replace official information or emergency guidance.
2. Information stored on the device
Depending on the features you use, DeskTremor stores motion samples and the derived multi-axis readings, monitoring sessions (start time, duration, sensitivity level and threshold in use), detected events and their axis summaries, waveform data attached to those events, event archive entries including your own yes/no judgement, drill records kept separately from real events, family demo records, and your settings such as language, appearance and threshold preferences. These records are written to the app's local storage on your device.
3. Motion and sensor data
DeskTremor reads device motion through Apple's on-device motion framework. Sampling happens only while the app is open and in the foreground during a monitoring session, and stops when the session ends or you leave the app. Motion data is used solely to display live readings, judge whether your threshold condition is met, and build the event card. It is not transmitted to Qiquverse or to any third party, and it is not used to infer your location, health, or identity.
4. No background sampling
A regular iOS app cannot sample motion continuously in the background, and DeskTremor does not attempt to work around that limit. There is no background monitoring mode, no always-on listener, and no period in which the app collects motion data while you are not looking at it.
5. Notifications
Notification permission is requested only when you actively enable the family demo. Notifications are scheduled and delivered locally by iOS on your own device. DeskTremor runs no push server, sends no remote notification, and does not push the family demo to another device or another person's phone. Declining notifications does not affect monitoring, the live readout, event cards, or the archive.
6. Optional city board
If you choose to turn it on, the city board writes an anonymous public record to Apple's CloudKit public database. Exactly three fields are written: the occurrence time, a roughly 1 km grid label derived from a coarse location, and a felt-intensity band you select. DeskTremor does not write your precise coordinates, address, account, phone number, advertising identifier, or device identifier, and the record is not linked to your Apple ID in any user-facing way. The board is optional and off unless you enable it. When CloudKit is unavailable, signed out, or restricted, the app labels the displayed board content clearly as local demo data instead of presenting it as real nearby reports.
7. No account, advertising, analytics or tracking
The current release has no user account, no sign-in, no cloud sync of your records, no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no attribution service, no third-party AI service, no StoreKit product, no subscription and no paywall. The privacy manifest declares that the app does not track you and does not collect data types for tracking purposes. The only required-reason API declared is UserDefaults with reason code CA92.1, used to store your own settings on the device. App Privacy answers are kept aligned with the shipped build.
8. Children and family use
DeskTremor is a general-purpose utility intended for adults. If a child uses it, a guardian should set it up and interpret the alerts, because the readings describe device motion and not a safety conclusion. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children, because it does not collect personal information at all beyond the optional three-field city board record described above, which contains no identifier.
9. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them. The event archive keeps at most 500 events; deleting an entry asks you to confirm, and you can cancel before anything is removed. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes the local records and settings from the device. A city board record you chose to publish is a public anonymous record in CloudKit; removing the app does not retract records already written, and you should only enable the board if you are comfortable with that.
10. Security and limits
Records are protected by the app sandbox and by iOS device protection, including your passcode and any device encryption you have enabled. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and Qiquverse cannot guarantee absolute security. Apple device backups are controlled by your settings and by Apple, not by DeskTremor.
11. Safety notice
DeskTremor alerts describe what this device read on this surface. They are not a warning service and must not be relied on to decide whether to evacuate, shelter, or resume normal activity. Follow official authorities, local emergency guidance, and professional advice for any real event.
12. Support and policy changes
If you contact support, Qiquverse receives the contact details, message, attachments and diagnostics you voluntarily send, and uses them to respond. Do not send another person's information or sensitive material unless it is necessary and authorized. We may update this policy when product behavior or legal requirements change; the updated date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Contact outlook2007@outlook.com.

本政策说明 DeskTremor 桌面震动提醒如何处理运动采样、事件卡、波形、监测会话、家庭演示数据、通知以及可选的同城看板。DeskTremor 采用本地优先设计：当前版本没有账号、没有广告、没有分析、没有跨 App 追踪、没有内购或订阅，也没有保存你记录的 Qiquverse 服务器。
一、产品用途
DeskTremor 是一款 iPhone 与 iPad 工具，把平放的设备变成有限时长的桌面看门人：App 在前台打开时读取设备运动，当持续的多轴移动达到你设定的阈值时给出可解释的本地提醒，并留下一张事件卡。它不是官方地震预警系统，不提供震级、震中或烈度预报，也不能替代官方信息或应急指引。
二、设备本地保存的信息
根据你使用的功能，DeskTremor 会保存运动采样与由此得出的多轴读数、监测会话（开始时间、时长、灵敏度档位与当时使用的阈值）、检测到的事件及其轴摘要、事件附带的波形数据、包含你自己「是 / 不是」判断的事件归档条目、与真实事件分开存放的演练记录、家庭演示记录，以及语言、外观和阈值偏好等设置。这些记录写入设备上本 App 的本地存储。
三、运动与传感器数据
DeskTremor 通过 Apple 的设备端运动框架读取设备运动。采样只在 App 处于前台、监测会话进行期间发生，会话结束或你离开 App 即停止。运动数据仅用于显示实时读数、判断是否达到你设定的条件，以及生成事件卡；不会传输给 Qiquverse 或任何第三方，也不会用于推断你的位置、健康状态或身份。
四、不做后台采样
普通 iOS App 无法在后台持续采样运动数据，DeskTremor 也不会绕过这一限制。App 没有后台监测模式、没有常驻监听，也不存在你没有看着屏幕时仍在采集运动数据的时段。
五、通知
只有在你主动启用家庭演示时，App 才会请求通知权限。通知由 iOS 在你自己的设备上本地调度与展示。DeskTremor 没有推送服务器、不发送远程通知，也不会把家庭演示推送到其他设备或家人的手机。拒绝通知权限不影响监测、实时读数、事件卡与事件归档。
六、可选的同城看板
如果你选择开启同城看板，App 会向 Apple CloudKit 公开数据库写入一条匿名公开记录，且只写入三个字段：发生时间、由粗略位置得出的约 1 公里网格标识，以及你选择的体感强度档。DeskTremor 不会写入精确坐标、地址、账号、手机号、广告标识或设备标识，该记录在面向用户的层面也不与你的 Apple ID 关联。看板是可选的，未开启时不会写入。当 CloudKit 不可用、未登录或受限制时，App 会明确标注当前看板内容为本地演示数据，而不会把它当成真实的附近记录。
七、没有账号、广告、分析或追踪
当前版本没有用户账号、没有登录、不把你的记录同步到云端，也没有广告 SDK、分析 SDK、崩溃上报 SDK、归因服务、第三方 AI 服务、StoreKit 产品、订阅或付费墙。隐私清单声明本 App 不追踪你，也不为追踪目的收集任何数据类型。唯一声明的 required-reason API 是 UserDefaults（原因码 CA92.1），仅用于在设备上保存你自己的设置。App 隐私答案与实际发布版本保持一致。
八、未成年人与家庭使用
DeskTremor 是面向成年人的通用工具。如果由孩子使用，应由家长完成设置并解释提醒含义，因为这些读数描述的是设备运动，而不是安全结论。App 不会刻意收集儿童的个人信息——除上文所述可选的三字段看板记录外，它本身不收集任何个人信息，而该记录不含任何标识符。
九、保留与删除
本地记录会保留到你删除为止。事件归档最多保留 500 条；删除条目时会请你确认，确认之前可以取消。删除 App 或清除其数据会移除设备上的本地记录与设置。你选择发布的同城看板记录是 CloudKit 中的匿名公开记录，删除 App 不会撤回已经写入的记录，因此请只在你能接受这一点时才开启看板。
十、安全与限制
记录受 App 沙盒与 iOS 设备保护（包括你的设备密码以及你启用的加密）保护。任何存储或传输方式都无法做到绝对安全，Qiquverse 也无法承诺绝对安全。Apple 设备备份由你的设置与 Apple 控制，不受 DeskTremor 控制。
十一、安全提示
DeskTremor 的提醒只描述这台设备在这个桌面上读到了什么。它不是预警服务，不能作为是否疏散、避险或恢复正常活动的判断依据。遇到真实事件，请以官方机构、当地应急指引和专业建议为准。
十二、支持与政策更新
如果你联系支持，Qiquverse 会收到你主动发送的联系方式、消息、附件与诊断信息，并用于回复。除非确有必要且获得授权，请勿发送他人信息或敏感材料。当产品行为或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策，本页顶部的更新日期对应当前版本。如有问题，请联系 outlook2007@outlook.com。
