PawPals Terms of Use

Acceptance and family responsibility

By downloading or using PawPals, you agree to these Terms. Parents or guardians must choose suitable settings, supervise use, and decide whether tasks fit the child.

Purpose and responsible use

PawPals provides age-aware family tasks, gentle self-reflection, optional evidence, pet growth, badges, parent review, and optional step verification. It is not a promise of behavior, grades, health results, or developmental outcomes. Do not use it to shame, threaten, punish, or medically assess a child; do not bypass parent safety controls or use the app unlawfully.

Tasks, HealthKit, and evidence

Rewards and pet actions are feedback and may change. HealthKit depends on Apple's permissions and device data and is not medical advice. Photos and captions are family records, not proof of safety or quality.

Apple services and family connection

The app depends on iOS, SwiftData, Keychain, PhotosPicker, local notifications, optional HealthKit, and private iCloud/CloudKit. Availability, permissions, backups, conflicts, and delivery timing may depend on Apple and the device owner. The family code confirms a household record and is not public social networking.

Free product and no purchases

The current version is free and has no in-app purchase, subscription, paywall, or child-facing purchase prompt. Future changes will update the applicable disclosures before purchases are enabled.

Availability, deletion, and disclaimers

Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued. You may stop using the app and delete data through Parent Center or by deleting the app, subject to iOS backup and iCloud behavior. PawPals does not replace adult supervision, professional education, medical advice, or emergency services.

任务、HealthKit 与凭证

奖励和宠物动作属于反馈，可能变化。HealthKit 受 Apple 权限和设备数据影响，不是医疗建议。照片和说明是家庭记录，不是安全或质量证明。

Apple 服务与家庭连接

App 依赖 iOS、SwiftData、Keychain、PhotosPicker、本地通知、可选 HealthKit 和 iCloud/CloudKit 私有同步。可用性、权限、备份、冲突和送达时间可能受 Apple 与设备所有者影响。家庭邀请码用于确认家庭记录，不是公开社交。

免费与无购买

当前版本免费，不含 App 内购买、订阅、付费墙或孩子购买提示。未来若启用购买，会在启用前更新披露。

可用性、删除与边界

功能可能更新、暂停或终止。用户可以在家长中心或删除 App 来停止使用和删除数据，但受 iOS 备份和 iCloud 行为影响。PawPals 不替代成人陪伴、专业教育、医疗建议或紧急服务。
