PawPals Terms of Use

Acceptance and family responsibility
By downloading or using PawPals, you agree to these Terms. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian must review the experience, choose suitable settings, supervise use, and decide whether each task fits the child's age and circumstances.
Purpose of the app
PawPals provides age-aware family task suggestions, child self-reflection, optional evidence captions and thumbnails, virtual pet growth, badges, local parent review, and optional HealthKit step verification. It is a gentle routine aid, not a promise of a particular behavior, grade, health result, or developmental outcome.
Responsible use
Use the app for personal and family planning. Do not use it to shame, threaten, punish, or medically assess a child. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information in nicknames, captions, or task evidence. Do not bypass the parent PIN or family safety controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer where prohibited, copy protected materials, impersonate Qiquverse, or use the app for unlawful or harmful activity.
Tasks, rewards, and pet behavior
Task recommendations, rewards, moods, growth values, badges, and animations are app feedback and may change as the product evolves. The default no-decay setting is intended to avoid pressure; it does not guarantee a child's motivation. Parents remain responsible for deciding which tasks are important and for reviewing important-task submissions.
HealthKit and evidence limits
HealthKit step verification depends on Apple's permission, available data, device sensors, and system behavior. It is not medical advice or a fitness measurement guarantee. A photo or caption is a family record, not proof of safety, completion, or quality. Parents should use their own judgment.
Apple services and family connection
The app depends on iOS, SwiftData, Keychain, PhotosPicker, local notifications, optional HealthKit, and private iCloud/CloudKit synchronization. Service availability, account status, permissions, backups, conflicts, and delivery timing are controlled partly by Apple and the device owner. The family invite code confirms a household record; it does not create public social networking or guarantee identity beyond the family's own verification.
Free product and no purchases
The current version is free and has no in-app purchase, subscription, paywall, or child-facing purchase prompt. If a future version introduces purchases, Apple will handle payment and the applicable terms and disclosures will be updated before that flow is enabled.
Availability, updates, and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain safety, compatibility, or legal compliance. You may stop using the app and delete its local data through the parent data controls or by deleting the app, subject to ordinary iOS backup and private iCloud behavior.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PawPals is provided as a family organization and reflection tool without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, perfect synchronization, task accuracy, or learning results. Nothing in the app replaces adult supervision, medical advice, professional education, or emergency services.

接受与家庭责任
下载或使用 PawPals 即表示同意本协议。孩子使用 App 时，家长或监护人应查看体验、选择适合的设置、陪伴使用，并判断每项任务是否适合孩子的年龄和实际情况。
App 的用途
PawPals 提供分龄亲子任务推荐、孩子自我复盘、可选凭证文字和缩略图、虚拟宠物成长、徽章、本地家长确认以及可选 HealthKit 步数验收。它是温和的日常辅助工具，不承诺特定的行为、成绩、健康结果或发展结果。
负责任地使用
请将 App 用于个人和家庭规划，不要用它羞辱、威胁、惩罚或诊断孩子。昵称、说明和任务凭证中不要输入不必要的敏感信息。不得绕过家长 PIN 或家庭安全控制，不得干扰服务、在法律禁止时逆向工程、复制受保护材料、冒充 Qiquverse，或将 App 用于违法或有害活动。
任务、奖励与宠物行为
任务推荐、奖励、心情、成长值、徽章和动作是 App 的反馈，可能随产品演进而变化。默认关闭衰减是为了减少压力，并不保证孩子一定保持动力。家长仍负责决定哪些任务重要，并审核重要任务提交。
HealthKit 与凭证的边界
HealthKit 步数验收取决于 Apple 的权限、可用数据、设备传感器和系统行为，不是医疗建议，也不保证健身测量准确。照片或文字说明是家庭记录，不是安全、完成情况或质量的证明，家长应自行判断。
Apple 服务与家庭连接
App 依赖 iOS、SwiftData、Keychain、PhotosPicker、本地通知、可选 HealthKit 以及 iCloud/CloudKit 私有同步。服务可用性、账号状态、权限、备份、冲突和送达时间部分由 Apple 与设备所有者控制。家庭邀请码用于确认家庭记录，不提供公开社交，也不超出家庭自行核对的身份保证。
免费产品与无购买
当前版本免费，不含 App 内购买、订阅、付费墙或面向孩子的购买提示。如果未来版本加入购买功能，会在启用前更新适用条款与披露，付款也会由 Apple 处理。
可用性、更新与终止
为了维护安全、兼容性或法律合规，我们可能更新、暂停或终止某些功能。用户可以停止使用 App，并通过家长数据控件或删除 App 删除本地数据，但仍受普通 iOS 备份和私有 iCloud 行为影响。
免责声明与责任范围
在法律允许的范围内，PawPals 作为家庭组织和复盘工具提供，不保证持续可用、同步绝对正确、任务信息绝对准确或学习结果。App 不替代成人陪伴、医疗建议、专业教育或紧急服务。
