For help, email outlook2007@outlook.com with your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. Please do not attach recordings or passage photos.
Common help
ReadMirror stores recordings, passage text, optional cropped images, and waveforms on the device. To remove a finished comparison, delete it from the timeline. If a take is interrupted, it is not counted and you can start again. If camera or microphone access is denied, check the permission in iOS Settings; manual text entry and the built-in sample do not need camera access.
What to include in a support request
Include the device model, iOS/iPadOS version, ReadMirror version, the screen where the issue happened, and the steps that led to it. Do not send private text, voice recordings, account details, or photos of documents.

朗读镜会把录音、课文文字、可选裁剪图和波形保存在设备本地。要移除一次完成的对比，可以从时间线删除。如果一遍录音被打断，这一遍不会计入，可以重新开始。如果相机或麦克风权限被拒绝，请在 iOS 设置中检查；手动输入文字和内置示例不需要相机权限。
支持请求应包含什么
请提供设备型号、iOS/iPadOS 版本、朗读镜版本、出现问题的页面和复现步骤。请不要发送私人文字、录音、账户信息或文档照片。
