Privacy Policy
This policy explains how OptiFlex handles the TrueDepth camera, ambient-light estimates, training records, highlight cards, and support requests. OptiFlex is local-first: the current version has no account, no advertising, no analytics, no cross-app tracking, no cloud sync, and no Qiquverse server.
1. Product purpose
OptiFlex is an iPhone and iPad app for paced eye-relaxation training: a 20-20-20 rhythm, short focused sessions, ring progress, and local records. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, a treatment, an optometry service, or a substitute for glasses, refraction, or hospital examination.
2. Information stored on the device
Depending on the features used, OptiFlex stores training sessions (mode, duration, ring contributions, gaze-source label, completion state), diagnostic and workshop records, streak and ring progress, settings, consent version and timestamp, and theme unlock state. These records live in the app's local store on your device and are not uploaded to a Qiquverse server.
3. TrueDepth camera and gaze
The front TrueDepth camera is used only while you actively run a training session, to compute an estimated gaze position that drives light and sound feedback. Depth and face data are processed in memory on the device, are not written to storage, are not transmitted, and are released when the session ends. OptiFlex does not build a face template, does not identify you, and does not record video.
4. Ambient light
OptiFlex estimates screen-side ambient brightness to enforce its minimum-light rule and to label sessions. The estimate is derived from on-device sensor and screen readings, is not a calibrated photometer value, and is not transmitted.
5. Photos
Photo library access is add-only and is used solely to save a highlight card that you explicitly generate and confirm. OptiFlex does not read, scan, index, or upload your photo library.
6. Notifications, Live Activity and widgets
Reminders and Live Activities are optional and scheduled locally by iOS. Widget and Live Activity surfaces read a local snapshot of your own progress; they do not sample sensors independently and do not send data anywhere.
7. Health and safety screening
The contraindication screen and consent record exist to keep the training inside safe boundaries. Answers are stored locally so the app can keep the safety gate consistent; they are not used for advertising, profiling, or research, and they are not uploaded.
8. No advertising, tracking, account, or purchase system
The current release has no advertising, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, account, cloud history, external AI service, StoreKit product, subscription, paywall, or paid unlock. The privacy manifest declares no collected data types and no tracking for the current binary; App Privacy answers are kept aligned with the shipped archive.
9. Children and guardians
OptiFlex is intended for adults and, for users under 18, for use with a guardian present. A guardian should complete the safety screen and remain responsible for the session. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children because it collects no personal information at all.
10. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them in the app, reset the app's data, or remove the app. Highlight cards you saved to Photos are controlled by Photos, not by OptiFlex. Apple device backups are controlled by your settings and by Apple.
11. Emergency and medical notice
Sudden vision loss, a fixed shadow or curtain in your visual field, new flashes, or severe eye pain with nausea require urgent eye care, not a training app. OptiFlex is not a substitute for that care and does not provide diagnosis or prescriptions.
12. Support and policy changes
If you contact support, Qiquverse receives the contact details, message, attachments, and diagnostics you voluntarily send and uses them to respond. Do not send private medical records or another person's information unless necessary and authorized. We may update this policy when product behavior or legal requirements change. 本政策说明灵焦 OptiFlex 如何处理原深感摄像头、环境光估计、训练记录、高光卡片与支持请求。灵焦采用本地优先设计：当前版本没有账号、广告、分析、跨 App 追踪、云同步，也没有 Qiquverse 服务器。
一、产品用途
灵焦是一款 iPhone 和 iPad 应用，用于有节奏的视力放松训练：20-20-20 节奏、短时专项练习、三环进度与本地记录。它不是医疗器械、诊断工具、治疗手段或验光服务，也不替代配镜、验光或医院检查。
二、设备本地保存的信息
根据使用的功能，灵焦会保存训练会话（模式、时长、三环贡献、视线来源标注、完成状态）、自测与工坊记录、连胜与三环进度、设置、同意版本与时间戳，以及主题解锁状态。这些记录保存在设备上的本地存储中，不会上传到 Qiquverse 服务器。
三、原深感摄像头与视线
前置原深感摄像头只在你主动开始训练时使用，用于估算视线落点并驱动光影与声效反馈。深度与人脸数据在设备内存中处理，不写入存储、不传输，训练结束即释放。灵焦不建立人脸模板、不识别你的身份，也不录制视频。
四、环境光
灵焦会估计屏幕侧环境亮度，用于执行最低光照规则并标注本次训练。该估计来自设备内传感器与屏幕读数，不是校准过的照度计数值，也不会被传输。
五、相册
相册权限为仅添加，且只用于保存你主动生成并确认的高光卡片。灵焦不会读取、扫描、索引或上传你的相册。
六、通知、实时活动与小组件
提醒与实时活动是可选的，由 iOS 在本地调度。小组件与实时活动读取你本人进度的本地快照，不会自行采样传感器，也不会把数据发到任何地方。
七、健康与安全筛查
禁忌症筛查与同意记录用于把训练限制在安全边界内。答案保存在本地，以便 App 维持一致的安全闸门；它们不用于广告、画像或研究，也不会上传。
八、没有广告、追踪、账号或购买系统
当前版本没有广告、分析 SDK、跨 App 追踪、账号、云端历史、外部 AI 服务、StoreKit 产品、订阅、付费墙或付费解锁。隐私清单声明当前二进制不收集数据类型、不做追踪；App 隐私答案与实际发布归档保持一致。
九、未成年人与家长
灵焦面向成年人；未满 18 岁的用户需在家长全程陪同下使用，由家长完成安全声明与筛查并负责整个训练过程。App 不收集任何个人信息，因此也不会刻意收集儿童的个人信息。
十、保留与删除
本地记录会保留到你在 App 内删除、重置数据或移除 App 为止。你保存到相册的高光卡片由「照片」管理，不受灵焦控制。Apple 设备备份由你的设置和 Apple 控制。
十一、急症与医疗提示
视力突然下降、视野中出现固定黑影或幕帘感、新出现的闪光感，或伴随恶心呕吐的剧烈眼痛，需要立即就医，而不是使用训练类 App。灵焦不替代上述诊疗，也不提供诊断或处方。
十二、支持与政策更新
如果你联系支持，Qiquverse 会收到你主动发送的联系方式、消息、附件与诊断信息，并用于回复。除非确有必要且获得授权，请勿发送私密医疗记录或他人信息。当产品行为或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策。如有问题，请联系 outlook2007@outlook.com。
