Safety screen will not continue

The gate requires reading the disclosure and confirming every item. If you report an absolute contraindication, the app intentionally offers a seek-care notice instead of training.

Camera or gaze not working

Check Camera permission in Settings. Without TrueDepth or permission, sessions fall back to a non-gaze mode so the training still runs; gaze accuracy also depends on calibration and distance.

Session blocked by light

OptiFlex blocks training below its minimum-light threshold. Turn on a room light, move away from a dark corner, and try again; the reading is an estimate, not a photometer.

Rings or streaks look wrong

Rings are per-day totals across training families, and a paused session still counts the seconds you actually completed. Check the analytics page before assuming data loss.

Highlight card not in Photos

Saving requires the add-only Photos permission and an explicit save action. The app never writes anything else to your library.

Delete local data

Use the app's data controls to remove sessions, diagnostics, workshop records, and settings. Saved cards and Apple backups are outside the app's control.

安全声明无法继续

闸门要求读完声明并逐项确认。如果你勾选了绝对禁忌症，App 会按设计给出就医指引，而不是开始训练。

摄像头或视线不工作

请先在「设置」检查相机权限。设备不支持原深感或权限被拒时，训练会降级为非视线模式继续；视线精度还与校准和距离有关。

训练被环境光阻断

灵焦会在低于最低光照阈值时阻断训练。请开灯、离开暗角后重试；该读数只是估计值，不是照度计。

三环或连胜看起来不对

三环是当天各训练家族时长的合计，暂停后退出也会计入你实际完成的秒数。先看数据页再判断是否丢数据。

高光卡片没进相册

保存需要「仅添加」相册权限，并且必须由你主动点击保存。App 不会向相册写入其他任何内容。

删除本地数据

在 App 的数据控制中删除训练会话、自测、工坊记录与设置。已保存的卡片和 Apple 备份不受 App 控制。
